Known throughout the Viper community as the best performance exhaust systems you can buy for the Dodge Viper. Made for racing vipers. Stepped with a merge collector. Manufactured from T-304 stainless steel, these headers feature a standard 3" merge collector with stepped 1&5/8" to 1&3/4" design. Included with the B&B headers is the V-band clamps and the turn-outs for mating the headers to the exhaust system with slight fabrication. These stepped headers are great for Naturally Aspirated applications and daily driver street cars, as they give more power through the lower RPM range. For Forced Induction cars, or constant high RPM driving (such as a track car), 1 3/4" headers are recommended. Great Deep Rumble! Replaces all four stock cats. Bolt in 15-20 RWHP and RWTQ! This direct hook up set of bolt-on, stainless steel, metallic substrate, 2 super high flow cats replace the 4 restrictive stock cats to unleash more POWER and lower interior temperatures! Don’t be fooled by other cat assemblies on the market that DO NOT include the stainless steel flex tubing that our assemblies have. The factory cat assemblies incorporate similar flex tubing so when the engine moves back and forth it will not cause stress cracks and fractures to the exhaust system. Features include 3” stainless steel tubing, stainless steel flex tubing couplers, 200 cell per inch super high flow metallic substrates, seamless cat bodies that will not open under stress and easy bolt-in installation utilizes the factory rubber mounts. NOTE 1: Choose "outlet tubing size" when ordering. 2.5" for stock replacement OR 3" for aftermarket side exhaust system depending on which exhaust you have. 3" to 2.5" adapters are needed for a stock diameter inlet exhaust system. You will need reducers pipes if you go with an after market 3".

Converter Simulators
Set of 2 These plug directly into the O2 sensor wires from your engine. Required for 1998 and newer Vipers and all SRT-10 Ram trucks when the catalytic convertors have been removed for track use. Otherwise, your vehicle will run too rich and turn on the check engine light. Downstream placement, sold as a set. For off road use only. These signal emulators are to be attached to the downstream oxygen sensor wires when the catalytic converters are removed on 1998 and newer Vipers and all SRT-10 Ram trucks. Keeps the PCM from turning on the check engine light and running the engine in "safe" rich mode. 1998-2002 Vipers are a quick and easy direct plug-in installation, all others require splicing 4 wires per simulator. We recommend soldering for most secure connection but we include splice connectors. Price listed per set of two. For off road use only. No exhaust bung needed. Professional installation recommended. |
