DODGE RAM SRT10 INNER and OUTER DOORSILLS

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PERMANENT INSTALLATION AND THESE NEW DOORSILLS CANNOT BE REMOVED WITHOUT DAMAGING THEM.

Your new doorsills come to you with a clear protective top liner. DO NOT remove the liner until step 6.

1.  Thoroughly clean the surface first with soap and water and then with household Isopropyl Alcohol found at any hardware store or Wal-Mart

2.  Take your new door sill and without removing any liners or backing hold it in place where it is to be mounted on your vehicles door jam.  Position so you are comfortable on the exact way that it fits.  This is critical, once mounted them can not be moved.  Once you complete understand exactly how it fits then move on to step 2.

3.  Then swipe the same area with the adhesive promoter (provided). This promoter will guarantee a good permanent bond.

4.  It may be necessary to fit these sills by squeezing or opening them to insure a proper fit.

5.  When you are satisfied with the fit, remove the red liner from the attachment tape and press firmly.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SLOWLY INSERT THE SILLS INTO PLACE. THE ATTACHMENT TAPE IS VERY RELIABLE AND IT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO MAKE A COUPLE OF TEST FITS BEFORE PULLING THE RED LINER!

NOTE:  Go very slowly in installing these sills.  Once you apply the adhesive back to your vehicles door jam it will be impossible to get them off without damaging them.

6.  Once in place remove the protective liner. Repeat steps 1-5 for the opposite    doorsill.

If you have any questions during installation please call American Car Craft at 727 861-1500. Thank you and enjoy your new purchase.
