This new rack has been designed to accept the viper II factory convertible roof, secured with the insulated bungee straps this unit can maneuver easily around your garage and or even be hung on the wall via two wall hooks not included.

1. The rack comes to you partially assembled. All you need to do is to insert the four caster wheels.

2. Assemble the taller back cross bar by simply pushing the tow bars open sockets over the ends of chrome center bar until seated.

3. Slip both cross bar assemblies into the base so that the cross bar curves out from the center and do the same for the smaller front cross bar.

4. You have been provided with 12 black washer head screws and eight chrome screw covers and sockets. Insert two screws into the white screw sockets and install the screws at the center hole of each side brace and attach them to the main base. Insert two screws into the white sockets for the back cross bar and one additional screw for the smaller front cross bar. Then snap on the chrome covers and repeat for the opposite side.

5. You will notice a small hole at the bases inner side just at the bottom of both cross bars you just installed. Use the four reaming screws at these locations to finish the assembly.

6. Place the factory roof into the rack so that the two protruding latches on the under side of the roof are centered between the tall cross bars and are at the top of the rack. Secure the roof by snapping the two bungee straps so that they attach to the chrome cross bar and then make sure the felt pad in positioned nicely over the paint. When removing the roof be careful not to allow the bungee to snap off the cross bar as this can potentially damage the paint so grab
