DODGE VIPER Gen II  COOLANT TANK COVER

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 

Parts Included:  1-Stainless Water Tank Cover; 1-Adhesive Promoter Pack; 2-Washers;

2-Stainless Button Head Bolts;    1-Chrome Cap Cover w/Velcro attachment cookie

 

NOTE: Your new covers come to you with a protective liner. Do not remove until installation is complete. Your new covers come to you with a protective liner. Do not remove until installation is complete.

 

  1. Remove the water cap and the two bolts securing the water tank. NOTE: These bolts will not be reused.

 

  1. Place the new cover over the water tank and align the two holes. Place the two button head stainless steel bolts thru the two washers and fasten the new cover. Be sure not to over tighten the bolts as this will distort the new cover.

 

  1. Replace the water cap to the tank and clean the top of the cap with household rubbing alcohol then swipe the cap once with the adhesive promoter provided.

 

  1. You will notice that the new water tank cap cover provided has an attachment cookie mounted to the underside. Simply detach the cookie half and firmly press it to the factory water cap. Place the new cap cover into position.

 

  1. Remove the protective liner.
